Daniel B. Henderson, Esq.

RESULTS AND EXPERIENCE

Daniel Henderson has a passion for civil rights litigation and has represented aggrieved employees across the state of California in virtually all aspects of employment litigation including cases involving claims of discrimination, retaliation, harassment, whistleblower retaliation, sexual harassment, family and medical leave act violations, wage and hour claims and many additional claims. He has had a distinguished track record – in the past five years he has worked on cases that resulted in settlements in excess of $30,000,000.  Mr. Henderson has expertly handled employment cases in all phases of litigation from inception of the case, to discovery, to motion practice (including dozens of summary judgment/adjudication motions) all the way through trial. Mr. Henderson also has extensive experience negotiating substantial settlements for clients during mediations and through informal negotiation. Mr. Henderson has the experience and track record you can rely on to handle your employment issue.

Mr. Henderson practiced at a preeminent plaintiff’s employment law firm for almost five years prior to starting his own practice. In addition, prior to moving to California, Mr. Henderson worked as an Attorney in New York City representing hospitals in high-exposure medical malpractice actions and defending a nationally recognized insurance carrier in automobile accident cases. Mr. Henderson earned his law degree from Brooklyn Law School where he was a member of the Moot Court Honors Society and received the Centennial Grant, Deans Merit Scholarship, Academic Achievement Award, and CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Legal Writing. Mr. Henderson completed his undergraduate studies at Wake Forest University where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in History and was a member of Phi Alpha Theta, the History Honors Society.
